Worldwide Rock Your School Initiative Rocks the Education World with Over 100,000 Teachers and 2.5 Million Students
Students around the world found joy last week through their schools' participation in Get Your Teach On's annual Rock Your School initiative, making schools a place where students want to learn. Rock Your School 2024 scheduled for September 27, 2024.
LOS ANGELES, CA (October 2, 2023) — Get Your Teach On, the leading organization dedicated to empowering educators worldwide, is thrilled to announce the resounding success of its fifth-annual worldwide Rock Your School initiative. This groundbreaking educational movement brought together over 100,000 passionate teachers and positively impacted more than 2.5 million students across the globe.
This year, educators from all 50 U.S. states participated, as well as educators in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Germany, India, Ireland, Jamaica, Lebanon, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, The Bahamas, and the United Kingdom - making this truly a worldwide initiative.
Get Your Teach On joined forces with an incredible lineup of partners for this initiative, including WWE Global Ambassador Titus O'Neil, renowned television personality Mario Lopez, former Bachelorette and author Rachel Lindsay, and the sensational Ninja Kidz. Together, they created an educational extravaganza that left a lasting impression on classrooms from Tampa, Florida, to Los Angeles, California.
With WWE Global Ambassador Titus O'Neil's hands-on involvement at his Thaddeus M. Bullard Academy at Sligh Middle School, Mario Lopez's energetic spirit at WISH Community School, Rachel Lindsay's commitment education and visit at Valley View Elementary, and the Ninja Kidz's infectious enthusiasm throughout Los Angeles, students and teachers were celebrated.
The annual Rock Your School initiative aims to inject enthusiasm and creativity into classrooms, encouraging teachers to elevate their teaching game and engage students in innovative ways. By turning everyday lessons into extraordinary experiences, educators helped spark a love for learning in their students.
